Phase IV is probably the most diverse and intricate of all the MOA Phases. God has shown us BIG things that will happen in phase IV. Because of the magnitude and awesomeness of what is to come we simply can not describe in words the fullness of what Phase IV is. We can envision it, but can not put it into words.
